Online registration for Paper2016 is now closed.

All Paper2016 attendees must register. You can register on site at the Paper2016 Registration Desk located on the Mezzanine on the second floor of the Lotte New York Palace, on Sunday, March 6, from 12 to 6 p.m. The Paper2016 Registration Desk will also be open on Monday, March 7, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Tuesday, March 8, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

For your convenience, two levels of access are available for the event.

Please note that the Paper2016 Luncheon is a separately ticketed event.

Full Access Pass: Includes access to the registration area, hotel and suites*, Monday Afternoon General Session, Paper2016 Reception, Connections Lounge, and RISI Global Paper Market Trends Session.

(AF&PA and NPTA members receive a 10% discount on the fee.)

Limited Access Pass: Includes access to the registration area, hotel and suites*, Paper2016 Reception, and Connections Lounge.

NOTE: Those wishing to participate only in suite meetings should purchase a Limited Access Pass.

*Access to individually hosted company suites is by appointment only. Contact each company directly to make appointments, as they maintain their own schedules. Click here to see the companies hosting suites at Paper2016. This list is updated as new companies sign up.

Paper2016 Luncheon
All attendees must hold either a Full Access Pass or Limited Access Pass in addition to their luncheon ticket.
Individual ticket: $250
Table (seats 10): $2,500 
Seating is limited and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Media Registration
Members of the news media interested in covering Paper2016 may apply for a Media Pass by contacting Katharine Eaton at (202) 463-2434 or katharine_eaton@afandpa.org.

A Media Pass includes access to registration area and hotel, Monday Afternoon General Session, Paper2016 Reception, Connections Lounge, and RISI Global Paper Market Trends Session.

Policies:

Registration List:  Registrations must be received by February 12, 2016 to appear in the official registration list distributed to attendees.

Registration Cancellations:   must be received in writing by February 12, 2016.  Email your cancellation request to Paper2016@mmsmeetings.com.

Full Access Pass cancellations received by February 12, 2016 will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given to no-shows or cancellations received after February 12, 2016.

Limited Access Passes are nonrefundable but are transferable. To transfer a Limited Access Pass, email your request to Paper2016@mmsmeetings.com.
 
Luncheon Ticket Cancellations: must be received in writing by February 26, 2016, for a full refund. No refunds will be given to no-shows or cancellations received after February 26, 2016.
